All sales at Horace and Friends are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except in the case of damaged or defective items.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you!

To initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, please provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective product via email to horaceandfriendss@gmail.com

Damaged or defective items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Horace and Friends reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
