4. Orders and Order Acceptance

When you place an order through the Website, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted or that production has begun.

Our products are made to order and are produced, packaged, and shipped by Printful and its fulfillment partners.

Printful operates a global fulfillment network. Depending on the product, destination, availability, production requirements, and other operational factors, your order may be produced and shipped from a facility in Canada or another country.

We do not guarantee that an order will be fulfilled from a particular facility, country, or region.

Printful may use different fulfillment facilities and shipping carriers and may split an order into multiple shipments. As a result, products purchased together may arrive separately and may have different tracking information.

Although Printful handles production and fulfillment on our behalf, your purchase is made through Horace & Friends. If you have a question or concern about an order, please contact us at horaceandfriendss@gmail.com.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are produced and shipped by Printful and its fulfillment partners.

Available shipping methods, shipping costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout where applicable.

Estimated delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the product, fulfillment location, destination, shipping method, customs processing, carrier delays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately and may arrive at different times.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a failed delivery, return, or reshipment, additional shipping charges may apply.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information may be provided where available.

8. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Defective Products

Because our products are generally made to order, we do not ordinarily accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind.

• Ordering the wrong size.

• Ordering the wrong colour.

• Choosing the wrong product.

• Personal preference where the product is not defective or materially different from its description.

Please carefully review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details before completing your purchase.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products

Please provide your order number and, where applicable, clear photographs showing the issue and the product's packaging.
